00804.HK announced that at 06:00 on July 6, 2023, all 29.76 million unsubscribed rights issue shares had been successfully placed in accordance with the placing event, involving a price of HK $0.225 per share. As a result, there is no net income available for distribution to inactive and unqualified shareholders based on the placing.
As all the conditions relating to the rights issue and the placing matters set out in the articles of association have been fulfilled, the rights issue and the placing matters are becoming unconditional at 04:00 on 7 July 2023.
Trading in the fully paid Rights shares is expected to commence on the Stock Exchange at 09:00 on 12 July 2023.
