Huilong Holdings (08021) announced that on July 7, 2023, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with Zhongxu Guan Hong Holdings Group Co., Ltd.
According to the Memorandum of understanding, the two parties have reached an initial agreement that the company will jointly develop or adopt other forms of cooperation with Zhongxu Guan Hong Holdings Group in due course (I) to build agency channels and build the brand of consumer promotion system tools; (ii) to fully expand through the mainland market of Zhongxu Crown Wing Commercial system. The two sides will carry out comprehensive strategic cooperation based on the principle of long-term strategic cooperation, including but not limited to equity investment, debt investment and other investment methods. The two sides will continue to expand the scope of cooperation according to market conditions, and may hold high-level meetings from time to time to discuss the mode, direction, progress and other issues of cooperation projects.
The announcement said that under the framework of the MOU, the company and Zhongxu Guan Hong Holdings Group will strengthen exchanges and cooperation in business opportunities, market information and other aspects. The two sides will actively cooperate closely in the areas of construction and development of special assets optimization.
