After the first transfer of convertible bonds was completed, Huilang became the registered holder of the first convertible bond for sale with a principal amount of HK$7.034 million.
According to the terms and conditions of 2008 convertible bonds, the conversion price for 2008 convertible bonds is HK$0.90 per convertible share. The total number of shares to be issued after the conversion of all convertible bonds for sale for the first time is approximately 7.8156 million shares.
On the same day, Shang Xiaodong transferred 2008 convertible bonds with a principal amount of HK$7.034 million (second convertible bond to be sold) to Huilang. After the second transfer of convertible bonds was completed, Huilang became the registered holder of the second convertible bond for sale with a principal amount of HK$7.034 million.
