According to the Zhitong Finance App, IDT INT'L (00167) issued an announcement. On May 15, 2023, the company received the following reopening guidelines from the Stock Exchange: (a) publishing all unpublished financial results as stipulated in the listing rules and resolving any audit opinions; (b) proving that the company complies with section 13.24 of the listing rules; and (c) publishing all important information for the company's shareholders and investors to evaluate the company's status.
The Group is currently arranging to sort out the relevant information to be provided to the auditors as soon as possible. It is expected that specific audit matters will commence at the end of this month, and will maintain communication with the auditors to speed up the audit process.
Since the suspension of trading, the Group has basically suspended operations during the current quarter, but plans to resume substantive operations as soon as possible to prove that it complies with sufficient business operation requirements under section 13.24 of the listing rules.
Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
