Zhitong Financial APP News, Home Wealth Industry Trust (00778) issued an announcement that on July 7, 2023, the manager received a total of 5.2413 million basic fee fund units (issued in Hong Kong) to pay the basic fee of HK $29.5715 million for the period from April 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023 (both dates inclusive). The basic cost fund units are issued at HK $5.642 (i.e. Hong Kong market price) per fund unit.
The manager holds 27.1483 million fund units immediately before the issuance of the basic fee fund units. Immediately following the issuance of the basic cost fund units, the manager held 32.3896 million fund units, equivalent to about 1.62 per cent of the 2.002 billion fund units issued at that time (after the issuance of the basic fee fund units).
