Huahe Holdings (09938) announced that on 6 July 2023, the buyer Hualan Investment, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, entered into a provisional agreement with the seller Guo Junxiang, in which the buyer agreed to purchase and the seller agreed to sell the property for a consideration of HK $8.45 million.
It is reported that the property is located in Factory D, 13th floor, Guisheng Industrial Building (Phase I), 36Mui 40 Dalian Pai Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. The gross area of the property is about 3048 square feet. The property can only be used for non-domestic purposes.
