- Lumina Gold (OTCQX:LMGDF) on Thursday appointed Ron Halas as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
- The new COO has worked at major mining companies like including Global Atomic, Kinross, IAMGOLD, Vale, PT Freeport Indonesia, Placer Dome, and Cominco.
- In relation to his appointment, Lumina has granted Halas 350K options pursuant to its stock option plan. Each option has an exercise price of $0.52, will expire on July 6, 2028, and vests in 1/3 tranches annually, with 1/3 vesting on the date of grant.
