Clear Medical (01406) announced that on July 4, 2023, the company granted awards to a number of eligible participants (i.e. grantees) under the share Award Scheme, involving a total of 35.4562 million award shares.
The purpose of awarding awards is to align the grantee's interests with those of the Group through share ownership, dividends and other distributions paid in respect of the shares and / or to enhance the value of the shares, to recognize the grantee's contribution and to encourage the grantee's long-term investment, so as to promote the sustainable development of the Group.
