Hainer Intelligence (01645) announced that on July 4, 2023, Jinjiang Hainer, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, signed a construction contract with the contractor Fujian Huiyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., under which the contractor agreed to undertake the construction project at a consideration of RMB 176 million.
The contractor will act as the general contractor and will be responsible for the construction of the R & D center and other supporting facilities on the site. The site is located in Tonglin Village, Anhai Town, Fujian Province, China. it covers a total area of about 72600 square meters, is designated for industrial use and has a service life of 50 years.
