Zhitong Financial APP, Yucheng Kejin (00279) announced that on June 30, 2023, Yucheng Asset Management and Hogun Insurance Company Limited entered into a supplementary insurance brokerage agreement to extend the term of the Hogun Insurance Brokerage Agreement and update the total amount of services to be provided under the Hogun Insurance Brokerage Agreement. Accordingly, Yusheng Asset Management agreed to provide insurance brokerage services to Hogun (which expired on June 30, 2023). The period will be extended to the period from 1 July 2023 to 31 March 2024, both dates inclusive, and the maximum amount of service fees to be charged under the Group Insurance Brokers Agreement (as amended by the Supplementary Insurance Brokers Agreement) from 1 July 2023 to 31 March 2024 will not exceed HK $1.875 million.
On 30 June 2023, Yucheng Global Market entered into a supplementary customer transaction agreement with Hogun Insurance Company Limited to extend the term of the gregarious client transaction agreement and to update the total amount of services to be provided under the gregarious client transaction agreement, accordingly, Yucheng Asset Management agreed to provide brokerage and custodian services to Hop Group (which expired on 30 June 2023). The period will be extended to the period from July 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024, both dates inclusive, and the maximum amount of service fees to be charged under the gregarious client transaction Agreement (as supplemented by the Supplementary client transaction Agreement) from July 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 will not exceed HK $500000.
