Xu Qiang has been appointed as an executive director with effect from July 3, 2023.
James Fu Bin Lu has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO of the Company and Chairman of the Company's Nomination Committee to invest more time in other work arrangements, effective July 3, 2023. James Fu Bin Lu will continue to serve as Executive Director after resigning as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
