Gelonghui, July 3?Daling Group (00211.HK) announced that all the prerequisites for the proposed HK $3000 sale of properties in Sai Kung, Hong Kong had been met and the completion had been completed on June 30, 2023. Upon completion, the Group no longer holds any interest in the target company. As a result, the target company is no longer a subsidiary of the company and its financial results will no longer be consolidated in the group's financial statements.
The Board considers that the net proceeds from the disposal of approximately HK $1800 will further enhance the Group's cash flow and enable the Group to reallocate its resources to other business development opportunities, resulting in a better return for shareholders.
