Guyguide Limited, a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company, is currently in negotiations with a payment processing provider that provides an online transaction payment system, regarding possible cooperation in the use of the supplier's payment system to sell air tickets and ╱ or hotel accommodation to retail customers in Hong Kong under the Guyguide brand.
The Board is of the view that the possible cooperation will enable the Group to reach more Hong Kong customers through the supplier's payment system. Therefore, the board of directors believes that this will expand the group's future income base and is expected to increase the investment return of the company's shareholders.
