According to the Zhitong Finance App, Lao Heng Brewing (02226) issued a notice recommending the enforcement of matters relating to the share collateral relating to the shares of a controlling shareholder. On the date of this publication, documents to obtain the required approval have been submitted to the relevant competent authorities in China, but the required approval has not yet been obtained from the relevant Chinese authorities to issue the enforcement of the proposals. Wu Xing Hong Kong is committed to completing enforcement of the recommendations in accordance with the indicative timetables contained in these announcements.
