China Real Estate Investment (00736) announced that the release date of the annual results for 2023 is expected to be before the end of July 2023.
Under Rule 13.50 of the listing rules, if the issuer fails to publish regular financial information in accordance with the listing rules, the SEHK will normally request that trading in the issuer's securities be suspended and the suspension will normally remain in force until the issuer publishes a notice containing the necessary financial information. Therefore, it is currently expected that trading in the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange will be suspended with effect from Monday, 3 July 2023 at 09:00 until the company publishes its 2023 annual results.
