Zhitong Financial APP News, Hauber International (08431) announced results for the year ended March 31, 2023, total revenue increased by 241.5% year-on-year to HK $15.6 million, company owner attributable loss of HK $33.207 million, year-on-year increase of 9.13%; loss per share of HK20 cents.
The increase in revenue is due to the steady progress of the group's four current projects in Hong Kong, the announcement said. In addition, the Group has successfully recovered long-outstanding accounts receivable from other projects. The net loss is mainly due to the recognition of additional write-offs / loss provisions for contract assets and significant contract costs related to construction management services as expenditure compared with the previous year.
