Glonway June 30th 丨Fushi Finance (02263.HK) announced that for the year ended March 31, 2023, realized revenue of HK$369.37 million, down 3% year on year; profit attributable to company owners was HK$12.06 million, down 6.3% year on year; basic profit per share was HK$1.20 cents.
Looking back at the year, net profit attributable to company owners fell to about HK$12.06 million, mainly due to reduced commissions and brokerage income from securities transactions and increased impairment losses on accounts receivable arising from securities trading business under the anticipated credit loss model. At the same time, the increase in interest income from guaranteed financial services and other operating expenses decreased compared to last year.
