Zhitong Financial App News, Huihan Holdings (00214) announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2023, with income of HK $2.303 billion, down 17% from the same period last year; profit attributable to shareholders of the company was HK $429 million, compared with a loss of HK $906 million in the same period last year; profit per share was HK $0.51.
The announcement said that the net realised and unrealised gains of investments mainly derived from financial assets for the current year were losses compared with last year; expected credit losses on investments in financial assets decreased; profits attributable to joint venture property development projects increased; revaluation gains on investment properties increased; and these profits were reduced by a decrease in interest income from financial investments.
