Zhitong Financial App News, International Business settlement (00147) announced its results for the year ended March 31, 2023, with revenue of about HK $866 million, an increase of 184.38% over the same period last year; a loss of HK $72.716 million attributable to the company's owners, a year-on-year decrease of 38.96%; a loss of HK0.36 cents per share.
The loss was mainly due to a write-off of about HK $173 million of properties for sale during the year, the announcement said. The write-off of properties for sale is mainly due to a decrease in the fair value of the remaining unsold car park area in various districts under the market comparison law.
