The group achieved an income of HK $579 million, an increase of 36.88% over the same period last year. The loss attributable to the owners of the company was HK $87 million, down 10.31% from the same period last year.
According to the announcement, the increase in revenue is mainly due to an increase in sales revenue from property development business this year.
