According to the Zhitong Finance App, GT STEEL GROUP (08402) announced that Chen Heng has resigned as company secretary, authorized representative of listing rules, and authorized representative of company regulations, all effective from July 1, 2023.
Chen Bolin was appointed as company secretary; authorized representative under listing rules; and authorized representative under company regulations to replace Chen Heng, all with effect from July 1, 2023.
