Cultural Communications (00343) announced that the placement is not completed until the conditions set out in the “Terms of Placement Matters” section of the notice are met (or exempted, as the circumstances may apply) on or before July 3, 2023 (or a later date as may be agreed in writing by the parties to the placement agreement) (the “Final Deadline”).
Due to the additional time required to complete certain administrative procedures relating to the placement matters, the company and the placement agent concluded a supplementary agreement to the placement agreement (“supplementary placement agreement”) on June 30, 2023 after fair negotiations. According to this, the company and the placement agent agreed to:
(i) Extend the end date of the placement agreement from 3 July 2023 to 24 July 2023 (or a later date as may be agreed in writing between the company and the placement agent); and (ii) extend the expiration date of the placement period under the placement agreement from 30 June 2023 to 21 July 2023 (or any other time and date as may be agreed in writing by the parties to the placement agreement).
