Shanghai and Hong Kong jointly released annual results of HK$82.846 million in profit attributable to shareholders, up 26.5% year-on-year

The Shanghai-Hong Kong Union (01001) announced its annual results for the year ended March 31, 2023. The group earned HK $2.658 billion in revenue for the period, down 5.3% from the same period last year. Profit attributable to shareholders was HK $82.846 million, up 26.5% from the same period last year; basic profit per share was HK12.94 cents; proposed final dividend of HK1.5 cents per share.
