Lishi Group Holdings (00526) announced its results for the year ended March 31, 2023, with an income of 2.422 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 13.5% over the same period last year; a net profit of 2.337 billion yuan, a loss of 385 million yuan in the same period last year; and a basic profit of 29.06 cents per share.
During the year, the Group's performance turned from a loss to a profit, and its significant improvement was mainly attributable to the sale of its automotive business, resulting in a sale gain of approximately RMB 2.1244 billion.
