Zhitong Financial APP News, Civil and Commercial Chuangke (01632) announced its results for the year ended March 31, 2023, with an income of about HK $107 million, a decrease of 88.29% over the same period last year; a loss attributable to the company's shareholders of HK $1.363 million, down 77.39% from the same period last year; and a basic and diluted loss of HK0.15 cents per share.
According to the announcement, the decrease was mainly due to reduced revenue from the trading business and the Vietnamese restaurant business, which was partially offset by revenue from the new IT solutions business acquired in the year ended March 31, 2023.
