According to Zhitong Financial App, Jiansheng International (00224) announced results for the year ended March 31, 2023, with revenue of about HK$238 million, a year-on-year decrease of 9.36%; profit attributable to shareholders of the company was HK$598.35 million, a year-on-year decrease of 71.75%; profit of 5.18 HK cents per share, with a proposed final dividend of HK$1.5 million per share.
The announcement stated that the decline in revenue was mainly due to the challenges facing the overall office market in Hong Kong, which led to a decrease in rental income from investment properties.
