Reinsurance Group of America (NYSE:RGA) said Monday it has priced a $400M public offering of 6.000% senior notes due 2033.
Net proceeds from the offering is expected to be used to repay upon maturity its $400M 4.70% senior notes due 2023, which mature on Sept. 15, 2023, and the remainder, if any, for general corporate purposes.
The 2033 notes offering, which have an issue price of 99.639%, are expected to be completed to be completed on June 8, 2023.
