Credit Suisse Group (NYSE:CS) and Mizuho Financial Group (NYSE:MFG) have been added to the group of banks involved in listing Olam Group's (OTCPK:OLGPF) (OTCPK:OLMIF) agricultural business in Singapore and Saudi Arabia, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.
SNB Capital and EFG Hermes (OTC:EFGZF) also joined as joint bookrunners on the Olam Agri planned dual-listing that's expected to raise as much as $1B, the people said.
Olam (OTCPK:OLMIF), one of Asia's biggest agricultural commodity traders, expects to announce plans to take the agri business public in H1 2023, they told Bloomberg. Other banks reportedly working on the deal include Citigroup (C), DBS Group Holdings (OTCPK:DBSDF) (OTCPK:DBSDY), HSBC Holdings (HSBC), and Morgan Stanley (MS).
