The MKM technical analysis team is revisiting its recommendations for small-cap stocks with strong charts.
The S&P 600 (NYSEARCA:SLY) has treaded water, just slightly outperforming S&P 500 (SP500) (SPY), since chief market technician JC O'Hara last issued a small-cap report.
"Some of the largest winners came from the Energy, Technology and Materials sectors," O'Hara said.
"This report is a static list of top ideas. The market is in the middle of earnings season, which may accelerate some of these uptrends in place or, on the other hand, hinder additional forward progress," he added. "Swim at your own fundamental risk in front of earnings."
