Towne Bank Q4 EPS $0.64 Misses $0.71 Estimate, Sales $175.31M Miss $179.80M Estimate

Towne Bank (NASDAQ:TOWN) reported quarterly earnings of $0.64 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $0.71 by 9.86 percent. This is a 16.36 percent increase over earnings of $0.55 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $175.31 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $179.80 million by 2.50 percent. This is a 9.28 percent increase over sales of $160.42 million the same period last year.
