Sagaliam Acquisition Again Extends Merger Deadline

07:31 AM EST, 01/23/2023 (MT Newswires) -- Sagaliam Acquisition Corp. (SAGA) said Monday that it has extended the deadline for its business combination to Feb. 23 from Jan. 23.

The company's sponsor, Sagaliam Sponsor LLC, has deposited $57,380.22 into the company's trust account for its public stockholders.

In November, Sagaliam signed a merger agreement with Arabian Entertainment Co. to take the food, beverage, and entertainment company public on Nasdaq.
