Thunderbird Entertainment Group (OTCQX:THBRF) has entered into a cooperation agreement with Voss Capital, which, together with its affiliates, owns ~13.3% shares of Thunderbird and is its largest shareholder.
The cooperation agreement includes the appointment of two new independent directors put forward by Voss, Asha Daniere and Mark Trachuk to the Board of Directors of Thunderbird effective immediately.
