- The filing delay is due to its inability to complete its quarterly financial statements pending a planned investigation by the audit committee regarding allegations by a former employee.
- The allegations do not relate to IronNet's (IRNT) Q3 financial statements.
- The firm has six months, or till June 20, to file Form 10-Q.
- Earlier, IronNet (IRNT) received a non-compliance notice from NYSE regarding its average closing stock price.
