Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Cerevel Therapeutics And Some Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks traded mixed, with the Nasdaq Composite dropping around 90 points on Monday. Here are some big stocks recording gains in todayâ€s session.

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:MDGL) shares climbed 259% to $229.35 after the company announced resmetirom achieved both primary endpoints in NASH and liver fibrosis trial.
Viking Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:VKTX) shares surged 61% to $6.48 in sympathy with Madrigal Pharmaceuticals which announced a successful trial for liver fibrosis.
Cerevel Therapeutics Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:CERE) rose 24% to $31.53 after the company said its Emraclidine Ambulatory Blood Pressuring Monitoring Trial did not cause an increase in blood pressure.
CI&T Inc (NYSE:CINT) rose 12.8% to $5.89. CI&T said that it has become an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Advanced Tier Services Partner within the AWS Partner Network.
Reading International, Inc. (NASDAQ:RDIB) gained 10.2% to $19.77.
Summit Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:SMMT) gained 10% to $3.9699.
Youdao, Inc. (NYSE:DAO) jumped 9.1% to $5.68.
Perfect Corp. (NYSE:PERF) gained 8.4% to $7.10.
TDCX Inc. (NYSE:TDCX) surged 8.3% to $12.12.
Empire State Realty OP, L.P. (NYSE:ESBA) rose 7.4% to $6.66.
Amyris, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMRS) gained 6.8% to $2.1122 amid the company announcing an amended loan agreement and the purchase of Aprinnova shares for $49M.
