The Group recorded a profit attributable to the owners of the company of about HK $11.4 million, a decrease of about HK $1.9 million compared with the profit of about HK $13.3 million for the six months ended September 30, 2021. The Board does not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2022 (6 months ended 30 September 2021: nil).
The decrease in profit is mainly due to the increase in direct costs associated with the installation of the LED lighting solution project.
