King Fung Ho Is The Executive Chairman of Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited (HKG:860) And They Just Picked Up 2.7% More Shares

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Apollo Future Mobility Group Limited (HKG:860) Executive Chairman, King Fung Ho, recently bought HK$275k worth of stock, for HK$0.27 per share. However, it only increased their shares held by 2.7%, and it wasn't a huge purchase by absolute value, either.

Apollo Future Mobility Group Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

Over the last year, we can see that the biggest insider sale was by the insider, Hoi Shuen Chau, for HK$133m worth of shares, at about HK$0.68 per share. We generally don't like to see insider selling, but the lower the sale price, the more it concerns us. The silver lining is that this sell-down took place above the latest price (HK$0.24). So it may not tell us anything about how insiders feel about the current share price. Hoi Shuen Chau was the only individual insider to sell over the last year.

Happily, we note that in the last year insiders paid HK$6.3m for 17.10m shares. But insiders sold 392.35m shares worth HK$267m. Insider Ownership

Another way to test the alignment between the leaders of a company and other shareholders is to look at how many shares they own. Usually, the higher the insider ownership, the more likely it is that insiders will be incentivised to build the company for the long term.
