Shunfeng International Pulls Plug on Sale of Four Power Plants

09:27 AM EDT, 09/21/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Shunfeng International Clean Energy (HKG:1165) terminated its planned sale of four solar power plants in China as certain conditions in the disposal agreements were not satisfied.

The energy supplier, which intended to sell the assets to pay its overdue debts, said it will explore other opportunities to divest some or all of the four power plants to improve the group's financial position, according to a Wednesday disclosure.
