- The special purpose acquisition company Aries I (NASDAQ:RAMMU) stated Monday it has further extended its deadline for pending business combination with a Web3 and Metaverse infrastructure company-Infinite Assets- to Oct. 21 from Sept 21, 2022.
- The extension comes as second of up to twelve one-month extensions permitted following the last one announced in August.
