The Securities and Futures Commission announced the high concentration of shareholding in YUNKANG GROUP (02325.HK). Findings suggested that, as at 8 July, 18 shareholders held an aggregate of about 146 million Shares, representing 23.47% of the issued share capital. Such shareholding, together with 460 million Shares held by the 2 substantial shareholders, represented 97.5% of the total issued Shares.
