CMIC Ocean Unit Signs Cooperation Deal with Dutch Wind Power Handling Service Provider

12:14 AM EDT, 07/19/2022 (MT Newswires) -- CMIC Ocean En-Tech (HKG:0206) unit TSC Renewables signed a technology license and transfer agreement with Netherlands-based offshore wind power handling service provider KenzFigee, according to a Monday stock filing.

The agreement allows CMIC to enhance the manufacturing and sales capabilities of the 3D active motion compensated gangway systems, with KenzFigee providing its expertise, services and technical support for critical components of the system.

The gangway technology will help CMIC meet the demand for offshore wind power service operation vessels in China and international markets, according to the filing.
