BOARDWARE INTEL (01204.HK), a Macau IT solution provider, announced that the offer price for its Hong Kong IPO has been determined at $1.08 per share, which was the lower end of the listing price range ($1.08-1.26).
The Hong Kong public offering was oversubscribed by about 9.69x. One-lot (2,000 shares) success rate was 30.01%. The stock will go public tomorrow (15th), with China Tonghai Capital as the sponsor.
