Ronshine China Logs $1.4 Billion in June Contracted Sales

11:33 PM EDT, 07/06/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Ronshine China Holdings (HKG:3301) logged 9.10 billion yuan ($1.36 billion) of total contracted sales in June, corresponding to a gross floor sales area of 270,582 square meters sold at an average selling price of 33,641 yuan per square meter.

In the six months to June, the property developer's total contracted sales reached 38.74 billion yuan, according to a filing Wednesday.

The gross floor area sold during the six-month period was 1,733,013 square meters, with an average contracted price of 22,353 yuan per square meter.

Shares of Ronshine declined over 1% in late-morning trade Thursday.
