Non-Executive Chairman of the Board Ming Tian Just Bought A Handful Of Shares In Landsea Green Life Service Company Limited (HKG:1965)

Whilst it may not be a huge deal, we thought it was good to see that the Landsea Green Life Service Company Limited (HKG:1965) Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, Ming Tian, recently bought HK$162k worth of stock, for HK$2.90 per share. Although the purchase is not a big one, by either a percentage standpoint or absolute value, it can be seen as a good sign.

Landsea Green Life Service Insider Transactions Over The Last Year

In fact, the recent purchase by Non-Executive Chairman of the Board Ming Tian was not their only acquisition of Landsea Green Life Service shares this year. They previously made an even bigger purchase of HK$428k worth of shares at a price of HK$3.20 per share. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at above the current price of HK$2.92.
