$Haichang Ocean Park (02255.HK) $It is announced that the Group has recently signed a cooperation agreement and related subsidiary agreements (collectively referred to as "these agreements") with Shenyang Aerospace Xinguang Group Co., Ltd. ("Aerospace Xinguang") to carry out exclusive cooperation in related fields based on intelligent bionic robots. The cooperation agreement is valid for 10 years and can be renewed within 6 months before the expiration of the agreement.
Under these agreements, for the existing products of Aerospace Xinguang, including but not limited to intelligent bionic whale shark, the Group will obtain an exclusive license for the relevant intellectual property rights to be assembled in Chinese mainland and commercialized globally. The two sides will jointly invest in and jointly develop new products of intelligent bionic robots, and share new intellectual property rights and shared benefits.
In addition, Aerospace Xinguang will support the construction and operation of the group's industrial platform in multiple dimensions, and promote the market-oriented application of intelligent bionic technology. The target market mainly includes domestic theme entertainment industry, intelligent bionic toys for individual consumers, "ocean + science and technology" popular science and technology for local museums, science and technology centers, cultural centers, exhibition centers, and interactive display of new business type, which will also expand the global market.

The Group started a cooperative relationship with Aerospace Xinguang as early as 2019 and realized its first commercial application in 2020, especially the world's first intelligent bionic whale shark unveiled in Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park in January 2022. The board of directors believes that Aerospace Xinguang has a strong ability to integrate research and development, manufacturing and services, and is a "leader" in the field of national underwater intelligent bionic robots.
