MSM International Reports Fire Incident at Malaysian Factory Building

11:57 PM EDT, 05/05/2022 (MT Newswires) -- Metal engineering company MSM International (SGX:5QR) reported a fire incident at one of the company's factory buildings in Kawasan Perindustrian Kampung Baru Balakong, Malaysia.

The company said there were no casualties due to the incident that occurred on May 2, according to a Thursday bourse disclosure.

MSM International said the damages to the building, which is currently rented out to a third party, will be covered by insurance. The company does not expect the incident to have any material impact on its financials for the financial year ending March 31, 2023.
