TREK INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES THAT IT WILL OFFER A SHARE DIVIDEND PLAN FOR THE FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023. Shareholders who elect to receive the final dividend in full in cash are not required to complete the option form. If shareholders wish to receive a final dividend in whole or in part in the form of new shares, they must complete and return the selection form as instructed. The option form is for use only by shareholders in column A and the right to choose in cash for shares is not transferable.
