Global Strategies Group Limited (“Global Strategies”) announces that Mr. Chen Ting-yung has been appointed as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 13 May 2024. Mr. Chan has more than 17 years of experience in business and technical development and has served in a number of companies, including as a Director of Fokai Insurance Management Limited and as an Independent Non-Executive Director of CHIA Group Investment Holdings Limited since August 2022. He is also the Co-Founder and Director of Micron Digital Corporation (HK) Limited and Ping Fashion (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited. Mr. Chan holds an MSc in Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Computer Science from Queen's University. Under a service agreement signed with Global Strategy, Mr Chan's initial term of office is two years with a salary of HK$120,000 per annum and will be reviewed annually based on his contributions and performance.
