The two contracts have a total value of RMB 20307 million and are intended to provide engineering design, technical conversion and SCR denitrification services to certain subsidiaries of the company. The Conch Design Institute is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Conch Group, and therefore these transactions constitute connected transactions.
