The repurchase is based on the repurchase plan approved by the Board on 23 February 2024 and announced on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website on 2 March. This repurchase is primarily used for employee shareholding schemes or equity incentives, with a repurchase period of no more than 6 months from the date of adoption of the plan.
