The consolidated version of the Articles of Association includes a number of special resolutions from 2008 to 2024 covering the company name, registered office address, corporate purpose, scope of business, shareholder liability, share capital structure, and more. In addition, the Company has updated the relevant terms and conditions for the Board of Directors, General Meetings, transfers of shares, and has clearly defined the powers and responsibilities of Directors and senior staff.
